7 Church Street provides a spacious 4 bedroom holiday home in the heart of Maldon town centre, a few minutes stroll from the historic waterfront with its beautifully preserved Thames Barges, pubs and restaurants, Promenade Park and miles of coastal walkways.

Our property was built circa. 1870 and has been put to many uses over the years. Having just undergone a complete refurbishment, we aim to provide guests with a comfortable home away from home whilst visiting Maldon. We have gone to great lengths to make sure you have a memorable stay in our lovely historic town.

Providing a comfortable living space in historic Maldon, Essex, which has had a Royal Charter since 1171 - Maldon History. We have 4 bedrooms; 3 double rooms and one bunkbed room, all bedrooms have en-suite shower facilities. You will also be able to enjoy our spacious living room with TV and streaming services and our dining area and fully equipped kitchen for your use.

Unusually for such a central location, we are also able to provide private off street parking facilities for 3 cars.

Personal shopping; If are booking the property from 2 or more days, we are happy to help stock the fridge for you, so that you do not have to run around town and can just relax and re-charge. Simply give us your shopping list and it will be there upon your arrival.

We are always on hand to give you advice on restaurants and the towns numerous facilities, so you are always welcome to contact us for local knowledge.
